Reeds along River Side Park South

This one is taken along the hundson river at River Side Park South – this is probably my favorite park along the Hudson River.  It offers some GREAT photo opts, not only of reeds and trees, but also some really interesting old Rusty & Crusty structures that jet out into the river.  For this shot, I was looking for backlit views from a different perspective.  Upon arriving I noticed this small field of 1-2 ft reeds just jetting out of the ground so I put my camera in Live View mode and took a couple shots from the ground.  I think the reeds came out pretty cool, but the sun is a bit harsh.  Anyways, there are plenty of interesting angles to shoot and the reeds can add some interestingness to your photos.  I’ll definitely be coming back here to shoot some more.
